Children’s Church (Sunday School) begins after the Theme Conversation time; a time in the service where the ministers introduce the theme of the day. Classes for children and youth are offered every Sunday throughout the year. Children's Church follows a curriculum through Spark House called Holy Moly (K's-Grade 3), Connect (Grades 4-6) and Re:form (Grades 7-12). A preschool class is offered for children ages walking to 4 years.
The church nursery is located just off the south side of the sanctuary. It’s a place for parents and young children to engage in worship while play is happening. Worship bags for toddlers are located on hooks along the entrance ways to the sanctuary. These activity bags include felt stories & "I Spy" activities.
Each Sunday morning, a child lights the candle marking the beginning of our worship together. Parents are most welcome to stay with their children throughout Children’s Church or return to worship as they wish.
